4. Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership: All intellectual property created by Pentaics Design Studio during the provision of services, including designs, videos, animations, and other materials, remains the property of Pentaics Design Studio unless otherwise agreed upon.

• License: Upon full payment for services, Pentaics Design Studio grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the specified purpose.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments for services must be made as per the agreed-upon terms.

• Payment schedules, pricing, and billing details will be provided before the commencement of services.

• Invoices are due as per the agreed terms. Late payments may result in a delay in service delivery or suspension of work.

6. No Refund Policy

• All payments made to Pentaics Design Studio are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded, regardless of whether the services are completed or the client is satisfied with the outcome.

• Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review and confirm the details of the services before making a payment.

• If any issues arise regarding the service provided, Pentaics Design Studio will work with the client to resolve the matter promptly, but no monetary refund will be issued.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information obtained during the course of the relationship confidential. This includes business plans, marketing strategies, proprietary information, and other sensitive details.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Pentaics Design Studio will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or products.

• The maximum liability of Pentaics Design Studio for any claim or dispute shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services in question.

9. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the services with written notice.

• Pentaics Design Studio reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates any terms or engages in unethical conduct.

10. Force Majeure

Pentaics Design Studio shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in service delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Pentaics Design Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and the updated terms will be effective upon posting on our website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
