Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments to Pentaics Design Studio (“Pentaics,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing our products or subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms.


1. Payment Terms

1.1. All payments made to Pentaics Design Studio are considered final, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. This includes:

  • Subscription fees (monthly or annual, if applicable)

  • One-time service charges and add-on costs

  • All product purchases (physical or digital) – strictly non-refundable

1.2. Pentaics may, at its sole discretion, offer discounts, promotional sales, or limited-time offers. These are non-refundable and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

1.3. Personal dissatisfaction with a product or service does not qualify as valid grounds for a refund.


2. Subscription & Service Cancellation (if applicable)

2.1. You may cancel your subscription or service package at any time by contacting us at support@pentaics.com.

2.2. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription period, unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated in this policy.

2.3. After cancellation, your subscription or service access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.

2.4. Trial Periods & Consumer Protection: If you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal under consumer protection laws (such as a 14-day cancellation period for EU consumers), you may be eligible for a refund only for services (not products) if you cancel within the required timeframe and have not used the service.


3. Limited Refund Circumstances (Services Only)

Refunds for services are only considered under the following circumstances:

  • System Error or Duplicate Payment: If you were incorrectly charged due to a system issue or duplicate transaction.

  • Service Failure: If Pentaics fails to provide the services outlined in our Terms of Use, and such failure continues for 30 calendar days after you provide written notice, we may issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription or service (excluding force majeure).

  • Unauthorized or Accidental Transactions: Must be reported to support@pentaics.com within 7 calendar days of the transaction.

👉 Important: All approved service refunds will have a 5% deduction as a processing/transaction fee.
👉 No refunds are available for products under any circumstances.


4. Refund Process

4.1. To request a refund (services only), you must provide a valid receipt, invoice, or other acceptable proof of purchase.

4.2. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued exclusively via the original payment method used for the transaction, minus the 5% deduction.
